Crescent Court

Crescent Court is an office building in the centre of Tunbridge Wells town centre. Collins Construction were appointed to complete the complete strip out and CAT-A fit out of the entire building. Capitol were engaged on a full Design and Build basis to complete the mechanical services.

Our design team complete full Hevacomp Heat Loss and Gain calculations, calculated domestic water usage, ventilation requirements and sized all of the air conditioning, heating, domestic and public health pipework, ventilation ductwork. Following completion of the design we selected all Air Conditioning equipment with the assistance of the manufacturer, Mitsubishi Electric, along with a heat recovery Air Handling Unit, toilet extract fan and all ancillary equipment.

The aesthetic design for the building was one of exposed services and an industrial feel. All pipework and ductwork was meticulously installed to ensure that runs were straight and everything was finished to a very high standard.

On completion of the works every system was tested and commissioned in full compliance with the current CIBSE guidelines to ensure a fully working installation.

The 17,000 sq ft building now offers four floors of Grade A, open plan office space that is ready for businesses to move into and make their own. The office fit out included new tea points and new DDA compliant WCs and showers on all floors.
