Planned Maintenance

At Capitol Engineering Services we work closely with our clients to create a planned maintenance strategy that aims to ensure M&E plant and equipment operates at optimal levels. We constantly monitor our performance for all ppm works and use a data driven approach to measure and optimise efficiency.

Reactive Service

Capitol operates 24 hour 365 days a year reactive service throughout the UK, to ensure that plant and equipment is returned to full operation with a focus on efficiency and first-time fix commitments.

Dedicated Service Desk

Capitol have regional service centres providing 24/7 support to our clients and national engineering teams. All members of the teams are cross trained and able to take and manage a call from any of our national or local contracts ensuring we have the resilience to meet our service requirements. Our tried and tested processes ensures that urgent issues are promptly addressed, minimising downtime and disruptions to client’s operations.

Plant installation and replacements

Capitol offer full in house M&E plant replacements from our regional service centres utilising directly employed Small Works project teams for our maintenance and framework clients.

We deliver a wide selection of works including plant replacement and upgrades as well as electrical infrastructure upgrades and fit outs.
